SVPWM逆变器输出电压谐波分析

摘    要:为了分析SVPWM逆变器的输出电压谐波,评价新型PWM逆变器的性能,并为进一步的谐波抑制提供理论依据。分析了SVPWM等效调制函数的推导过程;在SVPWM波形上引入一分量,简化了其二维傅里叶复系数的表达式,采用Matlab软件编程计算幅值。通过Simulink建立SVPWM和SPWM逆变器模型,仿真得到2种不同调制方式的逆变器输出电压频谱。仿真结果表明:采用数学解析的方法对SVPWM逆变器输出电压进行谐波分析所得结论是正确的。相对于传统的SPWM控制,SVPWM逆变器存在输出电压谐波总畸变率小、直流电压利用率高的优点,改善了传统电压源型逆变器的性能。

Abstract:In order to analyze the output voltage harmonics of SVPWM inverter,to evaluate the performance of the new PWM inverter,and to further provide a theoretical basis for harmonic suppression.The equivalent modulation function of SVPWM was deduced.By introducing a component on the SVPWM waveform,simplified the expression of two-dimensional Fourier complex coefficients and used the Matlab software program to calculat the amplitude.Built the model of SVPWM and SPWM inverter by the Simulink tools and got the voltage spectrum of the two inverter model.The simulation result confirmed the conclusion of the output voltage harmonic analysis of SVPWM inverter using mathematical analysis method.Compared to the traditional SPWM control,SVPWM inverter has low output voltage total harmonic distortion,and high utilization ratio of DC link voltage.Therefore,the performance of the traditional voltage source inverter could be highly improved.
