差示扫描量热法测定相稳定硝酸铵晶变温度的不确定度评定

摘    要:采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)测定了相稳定硝酸铵的晶变温度,讨论了测定过程中各种随机因素、取样量、仪器和选取不同基线点等因素产生的不确定度分量,计算出了DSC法测定相稳定硝酸铵晶变温度的合成标准不确定度为0.18℃,扩展不确定度为0.36℃.

Abstract:The crystal transition temperature of phase stabilized ammonium nitrate was determined by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The uncertainty components caused by random factors,sample quantity,instruments,and selecting different baseline points during the determining course were discussed.It is calculated that the synthesis standard uncertainty for the crystal transition temperature of phase stabilized ammonium nitrate determined by DSC is 0.18℃,the expanded uncertainty is 0.36℃.
