| 摘 要： | 针对异种钢焊接的生产过程，采用动态网络规划，通过阶段划分，资源分配，确定最优方案。结果表明，通过采用动态网络规划，解决技术难题，优化工期，均衡资源，达到了缩短生产周期、降低生产成本的目的。

| Abstract: | Aimting at welding production of dissimilar steel, the optimum plan was determined adopting dynamic network plan with stage division and resource distribution. The results showed that technical problem was solved; resource distribution was balanced; time limit for a project was optimized. And productive period was shortened and cost was reduced. |
