双层药皮对不锈钢焊条工艺性能的影响

按照“全国电焊条质量评比细则”对电焊条工艺性进行了评定。同时采用高速摄影、波形分析、光学金相、扫描电镜能谱分析等测试方法，研究了双层药皮对钛钙型不钢焊条工艺性能的影响。结果表明：双层药皮焊条熔滴实现渣壁过渡形态，是焊条良好工艺性的前提条件；焊接冶金过程特点对工艺性能有重要影响，熔渣的碱度明显的影响；双层药皮焊条熔渣的组织继承了外层药皮渣组织的特征；研制的双层药皮焊条工艺性能优良，理化性能符合国际要

Effect of Double Coating on the Usability of Stainless Steel Electrode

The appraisement of electrode's usability is proceed according to the detailed rules of nation-wide comparison and appraisement in electrode's quality in 1989.The effects of double coating on the usability of lime titania type stainless steel electrode are studied by using high speed camera,oscillograph, optical microscope and SEM with DES, etx.The results show that the realizing flux-wall to guid transfer form of metal droplet is a prerequisite to the fine usability of double coating electrode.The feature of welding metallurgy process is the important one to influence usability,then is basicity of slag. The microstructure of slag is inherited the one of outside layer coating slag.The double coated electode is characterized by its good usability in welding,and the physical and chemical properties of the researched out electrode has been up to the standard GB983-85 EO-19-10-16,the primary index of melting characteristic has reached the one of OK6130 abroad.
