胶原蛋白/海藻酸/羧甲基纤维素共混膜的结构与性能

摘    要:利用溶液共混法成功制备了新型生物膜材料—胶原蛋白/海藻酸/羧甲基纤维素共混膜(blend film),通过红外光谱、X-射线衍射、原子吸收光谱、扫描电镜对共混膜的结构进行了表征,同时测定了不同配比共混膜的透光率、拉伸强度(tensile strength)、断裂伸长率(breaking elonga-tion)、吸水率和水蒸汽透过率;对共混膜进行了热重和差示量热扫描分析。结果表明:共混膜中胶原蛋白、海藻酸钠和羧甲基纤维素之间具有较强的相互作用和良好的相容性,Ca2+交联、氢键以及静电引力等强烈相互作用使三元共混膜力学性能等得到了显著改善,其拉伸强度明显高于胶原蛋白膜、海藻酸膜和胶原蛋白/海藻酸二元共混膜、海藻酸钠/羧甲基纤维素二元共混膜,胶原蛋白质量分数为18.1%、海藻酸质量分数为45.5%和羧甲基纤维素为36.4%的三元共混膜中抗张强度最大,达102MPa。三元共混膜具有良好的力学性能,较好的热稳定性,作为一种新型生物材料可望在生物医学和食品材料领域得到应用。

Abstract:A novel kind of film materials,which called collagen/alginate/carboxylmethyl cellulose blend film,was successfully prepared by solution co-blending method.The structure of the blend film was characterized by infrared spectrometry(FT IR),X-ray diffraction(XRD),atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Then the light transmittance,tensile strength(TS),percentage elongation at break,water absorption and water permeability of the film were studied.Moreover,thermogravimetry and differential scanning calorimetry analysis were carried out for the blend film.The results showed that there were strong interactions and good compatibility between collagen,sodium alginate and carboxylmethyl cellulose in the blend film.Ca2+ cross-linking,hydrogen bonding,static electricity and other strong interactions made the mechanical properties of the ternary blend film improved significantly.The tensile strength of the ternary blend film was significantly higher than single and binary polymer blend films.When the mass fraction of collagen was 18.1%,mass fraction of alginate was 45.5% and mass fraction of carboxylmethyl cellulose was 36.4%,the tensile strength of the ternary blend film reached the maximum and it was 102 MPa.The film possesses good mechanical properties and excellent thermal stability.Therefore,it can be applied in fields of biomedicine and food packaging as a new type of biodegradable material.
