本文通过分析经济适用房建设与管理中存在的建设总量不足,供应结构不合理、覆盖面不广、融资渠道单一和监管力度缺乏等主要问题,探讨建立以廉租房、公共租赁房为主体、动迁安置房为辅助、逐步减少经济适用房的住房建设体系,并确保分配程序公正的保障性住房制度。
