继电接触器控制系统

在建筑、机械、化工等工农业自动化生产过程中普遍利用电力拖动生产机械实现生产过程的自动控制。使用继电器、接触器、按钮、空气开关、行程开关等低压电器构成的控制电路称为继电接触控制电路。它是最常见的一种控制方式,具有价格低廉结构简单、实用、维修方便的特点。低压电器被广泛应用于发电、输配电场所及电气传动自动控制设备中。它对电力的生产、输送、分配应用起着转换、控制、保护和调节作用。常用低压控制电器一般又分为手动和自动两类。手动低压电器必须由人工操作,如闸刀开关、转换开关、按钮等,所谓自动低压电器就是不直接由人工操作,而是依赖于电压、电流或其他物理量的变化采改变其工作状态,如接触器、继电器、行程开关等。
