Abstract:As a newly promoted service by mobile communication operators, MMS is warmly welcomed by many foreign mobile phone manufacturers. How much is the space for MMS to grow in native market? What is the countermeasure of mobile phone manufacturers? In this paper, opportunities for MMS mobile phone to enter into market and manufacturer's marketing strategy are discussed using SWOT strategy analysis matrix and 3-point effect model to research on the successful operation of MMS in Chinese market.
