吡啶丁烷磺酸硫酸氢盐离子液体的合成工艺优化

摘    要:以吡啶和1,4-丁烷磺内酯为原料合成1-(4-磺酸基)丁基吡啶盐,再由1-(4-磺酸基)丁基吡啶盐与浓硫酸制备离子液体,研究了反应温度、反应时间及对比有无溶剂对产率的影响.实验结果表明:在无溶剂条件下,得到的1-(4-磺酸基)丁基吡啶盐及离子液体的产率较高,当反应温度为40℃,反应时间为30 h时,1-(4-磺酸基)丁基吡啶盐产率达63.2%;在无溶剂条件下,反应温度80℃,反应时间为8 h,吡啶丁烷磺酸硫酸氢盐离子液体总收率达62.5%,纯度大于95%.

Abstract:1-(4-sulfonic acid) butyl-pyridinium was synthesized from 1,4-butanesuhone and pyridine. Then, ionic liquid was prepared from 1-(4-sulfonic acid ) butyl-pyridinium hydrosulfate and concentrated sulfuric acid. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time and the solvent on the yield were studied. The optimal reaction condition was as follows: the yield of l-(4-sulfonic acid) butyl-pyridinium was higher in the absence of solvent,and the yield was 63.2% at 40 ℃ for 30 h. The total yield of ionic liquid was 62.5% and purity was over 95% at 80 ℃ for 8 h by solventless method.
