摘    要:本文首先介绍了实时多媒体数据网络传输现状,分析了在RTP/RTCP协议下其速率控制及其必要性,详细阐述了现目前常用的网络拥塞控制方法,即反馈控制与自适应控制及其改进平稳自适应算法等控制策略,结合视音频传输中实时性和快速性,采用了接收端滑动控制方法,使传输过程既充分利用了带宽又不引起网络拥塞,取得了良好的实验结果。

Abstract:This paper introduces the status of real-time multimedia data transmitted over the network, and analyses the ratecontrol and needing of RTP / RTCP protocol, describes the current network congestion control method, that is the feedback control and adaptive control and its stable and adaptive algorithm of improving control strategies, with receiver-side sliding control method by combinationing of real-time video and audio transmission and making full use of both transmission bandwidth and also without network congestion, and achieved good results.
