基于DSP的高性能无刷直流电动机数字控制系统

摘    要:以无刷直流电动机(BLDC)为控制对象,应用DSP为微处理器进行了无刷直流电动机控制系统的软硬件设计。无刷直流电动机控制系统是具有数字化特点的电动机控制系统。通过数字信号处理器与相关模拟电路的组合,成功地实现了对电机控制的数字化处理。仿真实验表明,控制系统满足了无刷直流电动机高性能伺服控制所需参数的准确性与实时性要求。

High Performance Brushless DC Motor Digital Control System Based on DSP

Abstract:Taking brushless DC motor (BLDC) as control object, in application of DSP as microprocessor, the software and hardware de-signs of brushless DC motor control system were carried out. Brushless DC motor control system is a motor control system with digitalized features. Via combination of digital signal processor and related analog circuit, digital control of motor for motor control is successfully achieved. Simulation experiment shows that the control system meets the requirements of correctness and real-time parameters required by brushless DC motor high performance servo control system.
