摘    要:提出一种对共变部分进行平均分配的改进的因素分解法,实现对省级电耗强度与电能利用效率的关系分析,揭示产业结构变化与电能利用效率的影响规律,分析第二产业结构变化的影响情况.最后通过2000年至2009年广东省的数据分析验证了本文算法的有效性.

Abstract:A factor decomposition method for average distribution on co-variation parts was proposed.Relation between provincial electric energy intensity and electric energy utilization efficiency was analyzed based on this method.Influencing factor of industrial structure variation and electric energy utilization efficiency was revealed as well as variation of the second industrial structure.Finally,validity of this method was identified based on data of Guangdong Province during 2000 to 2009.
