基于GMM微进给刀架的温度特性分析

摘    要:在分析超磁致伸缩微致动器的特点、工作原理以及应用研究现状后,给定致动器各种参数,利用有限元分析软件分别对致动器在无水冷以及强制水冷两种工况下进行瞬态热分析,得到GMM棒表面的温度分布云图以及沿轴向的温度分布曲线,为GMA微驱动器的设计提供理论基础.

Abstract:This paper gives a general introduction of micro-actuation,and focuses on micro-actuator based on Giant Magnetostrictive Material(GMM).The basic theories of heat transfer and steps of transient thermal analysis with ABAQUS are presented.On the basis of I,GMA with non temperature controlling and temperature controlling structure are analyzed thermally under the condition of large current and long time,which is based on finite element method.The result indicates that consistent temperature water-cooling metho...
