基于ARM7的变速箱测控检测系统设计

摘    要:针对目前常用的汽车变速箱试验台能量消耗严重、力矩控制不方便的缺陷,采用ARM7系列的32位微处理器LPC2138,提出了一种"交流发电、直流能量反馈"的封闭式变速器加载试验台方案,当微机监控操作界面给定测试转速和转矩时,转矩传感器产生转矩反馈信号并与给定信号相比较,自动控制实验台调整以满足给定数据,转矩采用转矩外环和电流内环的双环控制.介绍了硬件系统的设计、软件平台的搭建.该系统为变速箱试验台提出了一种具有能量传输环节少、环路效率高、能量利用系数高、初投资少、占地面积小等优点的方案.
