新型干法腈纶废水组合处理工艺研究

摘    要:针对干法腈纶废水所存在的可生化性差、含较多生物难降解物质等进行了一系列研究,提出了新的组合处理工艺,即铁碳内电解—混凝沉淀—水解酸化反应—生物流化床反应—硝化反应组合工艺.结果表明,该处理工艺对干法腈纶废水有较好的处理效果,处理后废水能迭标排放.

Abstract:Based on a series of studies on the dry acrylic fiber wastewater with poor biodegradability for containing more non-biodegradable substances,a novel combination treatment process has been proposed,that is iron inner electrolysis-coagulation-hydrolysis reaction-biological fluidized bed-nitration.The results show that the treatment process for dry acrylic fiber wastewater has better treatment effect,and the wastewater treated can meet the requirements of discharge standard.
