| 摘 要： | 简述了焊接球罐的发展及应用情况。分析了焊接球罐的工作载荷及失效的特点。强调了焊接球罐焊后热处理的必要性。鉴于专利技术能代表一个国家在某领域的技术进展状况,故结合10项中国专利,从球罐用钢、球罐焊后热处理及球罐用保温材料三个方面,详细介绍了中国在该领域的新的发展。

| Abstract: | The general situation of history and application of welded spherical tanks was noted. Working loads and failure problems were analysized. The necessarity of post-weld heat treatment of spherical tanks was emphasized. Advance in the technology of steels , post-weld heat treatment process and insulating materials used by spherial tanks was reviewed from 10 chinese patent, because patent technology represents technology progress of a country in a technology field. |
