| 摘 要： | 针对景电灌区高扬程、多梯级、多机组大流量、点多、线长、面宽的特点和灌区管理的实际需要．制定了灌区信息化建设总体规划，明确了指导思想、建设原则，采用先进的主流信息门户技术，中间件技术，通过建立虚拟数据中心，使灌区已建的与业务应用系统相应的物理上分散的数据库实现逻辑上统一。对灌区新建业务应用系统，按照统一技术标准、统一技术架构进行设计和开发．保证互联互通。

| Abstract: | General plan is made for information system establishment in Jingtaichuan irrigation district, considering the features about high lift head, multi-cascade and more units with big flow as well as practical management needs of the irrigation district. Applying advanced master gateway technology and intermediate technology, it have integrated the diversified database with established business application system by creating fictitious data centers. Regarding to the new business application system established in the irrigation district, same technical standard and technical framework are adopted for design and system development, so as to ensure mutual connection and exchange. |
