摘    要:介绍10.00-20 16PR工业车辆轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径1 049 mm,断面宽240 mm,行驶面宽度220 mm,行驶面弧度高20 mm,胎圈着合直径509 mm,胎圈着合宽度190 mm,断面水平轴位置(H_1/H_2)0.928,花纹深度20 mm,花块饱和度39.5%,花纹周节数24。施工设计:胎体采用8层高强度1400dtex/3锦纶6浸胶帘布(6V_1+2V_2),缓冲层采用2层高强度1400dtex/3锦纶6浸胶帘布(2V_2),采用半芯轮式成型机成型、B型硫化机硫化。成品轮胎试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸和物理性能均符合国家标准要求。

Abstract:A design of 10.00-20 16PR Industrial Vehicle tire was described.In structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1049 mm,cross-sectional width 240 mm,width of running surface 220 mm,arc height of running surface 20 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 509 mm, bead width at rim seat 190 mm,cross-sectional level ratio 0.928,pattern depth 20 mm,block/groove ratio 39.5%,number of pattern pitch 24.In construction design, the following processes were taken:8 layers high strength 1400dtex/3 dipped nylon 6 cord(6 layers V1 2 layers V2) for carcass ply,2 layers high strength 1400dtex/3 dipped nylon 6 cord( 2 layers V2) for breaker ply,, using the building drum diameter of 690 mm.The inflated overall dimensions and the physical properties of finished tire met the requirements of national standard.
