铰接式自卸汽车前悬架动力学建模与分析

自主开发的重型铰接式自卸汽车,采用前、后独立的车架,以铰接点和摆动环连接,该结构使车辆转弯半径和车架所受扭转应力均较小,较好地适应了地面松软、坑洼等恶劣路况,广泛应用于筑路、采矿、水电工程、铁路工程和机场建设等不同行业的工程项目中,市场潜力大。本文针对我国国情和铰接式自卸汽车的运行工况,对模型进行了必要的简化,建立了该车前悬架二自由度振动模型,通过部分平顺性指标的计算,分析了前悬架的动态特性。

System Dynamics Modeling and Analysis of Articulated Dump Truck Front Suspension

Articulated dump trucks were developed by ourselves, which adopted frame of front and back independence and connected by link points and pendular ring. The structure can adapt the bad conditions like soft surface, uneven surface and so on. So it can be wildly used in the area such as roads repairing, mining, water power engineering, railroad engineer- ing, airport construction. It has big market potentials. The paper sat up the two degrees of freedom vibration model of the front suspension for the development of heavy articulated dump truck. It makes a preliminary analysis of the dynamic char- acteristics of the front suspension through calculating partial ride comfort index.
