| 摘 要： | 心理素质是衡量21世纪合格人才的重要尺度。高职院校作为培养技术型、应用型人才的重要基地，必须重视大学生的心理素质教育。文章从大学新生心理素质现状进行分析，提出如何在学校教育中，对大学新生进行自我调节能力的培养，使其具备良好的心理素质，成为一名合格的人才。
