抽水蓄能电站的系统建模及其应用

摘    要:本文介绍了一个很有特色的抽水蓄能电站系统建模方法,其中包合一个比较详细的运行模拟,采用了在时序负荷曲线上的随机生产模拟方法,并且在运行和规划两个层次上考虑了调峰特性的模拟,此外还计入缺电损失实现可靠性指标的优化。所有这些非常有助于抽水蓄能电站多种系统功能的分析与综合。本文还介绍了以上模型和方法在我国某电力系统中的实际应用,它展示了该模型的主要特点,并证明了其合理有效性。

Abstract:In this paper, an efficient method for systematic modelling of pumpedstorage plants is developed. In the method,a detailed operation simulation using an hourly chronological probabilistic production costing model is introduced. The peaking features are simulated,not only in planning level, but also in operation level. In addition, the reliability indexes are optimized by the shortage cost in the objective function. By means of this method, the system benefits of pumped-storage plants can be evaluated more comprehensively. Examples applying the proposed model to a real power system in China are also presented in this paper,which reveal the main features of the method as well as its efficiency and reasonableness.
