青海电网输电线路在线监测主站系统建设方案探讨

青海省电力公司已开展微气象、视频、覆冰等多项输电线路在线监测,部分监测数据整合在750 kV输电线路在线监测系统平台进行统一监测管理,部分视频监测数据只能通过外网平台进行监测,导致监测数据信息无法全部在整个公司系统内共享,未能充分发挥线路监测的作用。文章结合国家电网公司关于输电线路在线监测主站系统设计的要求,提出将各类在线监测系统进行整合的建设方案。

Construction Scheme Discussion of On-line Monitoring Main Station System in Qinghai Power Grid Transmission Line

Microclimate,videos and ice coating of On-line transmission line monitoring items has been developed in Qinghai Electric Power Corporation,parts of monitoring data has been integrated in 750kV transmission line on-line monitoring system platform,some video monitoring data has been supervised only through external network,thus induced the monitoring data can not be shared in the whole corporation,and the line monitoring function has not been fully developed.The paper proposes construction scheme of integrating each on-line monitoring system according to design requirement of transmission line＇s on-line monitoring main station system of the State Grid Corporation of China.
