F35MnVN非调质钢热变形中流动应力模型

摘    要:采用gleeble-3800热模拟实验机对F35 MnVN非调质钢进行单道次压缩实验,获得不同变形条件下的流动应力-应变曲线.根据laasraoui和Jonas所建立的方程分别对动态回复、动态再结晶两阶段建立流动应力模型,计算出F35MnVN非调质钢热变形激活能为202.9 kJ/mol.通过实验数据计算出模型中的参数,并把模型预测的值与实验所得数据进行了比较,两者吻合较好.

Abstract:F35MnVN non-quenched and tempered steel for a single pass compression experiments were finished on gleeble-3800 thermal simulation machine,the flow stress-strain curves were obtained under different deformation conditions.The flow stress models were approximated for dynamical recovery period and dynamical recrystallization period based on the equations had established by laasraoui and Jonas.Hot deformation activation energy of F35MnVN non-quenched and tempered steel was calculated as 202.9KJ/mol.Through the experimental data to calculate the model parameters,the model predictions with the experimental data obtained were compared,a good agreement was acquired.
