| 摘 要： | 本文根据Stw22材质钢板酸洗后发现有皮下黑点缺陷,通过检验分析认定其原因为热轧带钢表面粗糙和板坯存在原始缺陷导致,可通过加强热轧带钢表面质量控制和用户在酸洗过程中针对不同钢厂的原料制定相对应的酸洗参数,以便控制该缺陷的产生.

| Abstract: | In this paper,according to discover the subcutaneous black spots defects in Stw22 steel after pickling and using check analysis,identify the reason are the hot rolled strip surface roughness and slab exist primitive defects.Through strengthening the quality control of hot rolled strip surface and formulate corresponding pickling parameters in different materials in the pickling process for user to control the defects. |
