摘    要:本文针对非平面阴极电解槽焙烧启动采用传统方法存在的各种问题,在试验中通过改变焙烧介质,减小电阻,降低了冲击电压,使焙烧温度分布更均匀,减少了电解槽阴极早期破损风险,值得在生产中推广使用。

Abstract:In this paper, non-planar cathode electrolyzer start using the traditional method of roasting a variety of problems exist, in this experiment by changing the heating medium, the resistance be lower, the impulse voltage reduced, the temperature distribution be more uniform, and the risk of the electrolytic tank cathode earlier damage reduced too. This method should be worth to promote the use in production.
