浅析四川雅安地区小型煤矿煤矸石的综合利用与环境保护

四川在煤矸石的综合利用上一直走在全国前列,尤其是利用煤矸石制造矸石砖。但这些矸砖厂主要集中于在大中型煤矿企业分布区,如宜宾、泸州等,而小型煤矿居多的雅安地区仍未对煤矸石进行综合回收利用。本文作者多年在该地区煤矿调查工作,通过对区域内煤矿类型以及煤矸石成分的综合分析认为:建立中小型矸石机砖厂集中对一定区域内煤矸石进行综合利用,既能利用煤矸石本身残余的热量,节约能源,又能有效的减少其对地质环境破坏,达到环境保护的目的。

Analysis of coal ganguen comprehensive utilization and environmental protection in small coal mine of Yaan, Sichuan

In the comprehensive utilization of coal gangue,Sichuan has been at the forefront of the country,especially in the use of coal gangue manufacturing waste rock brick.But these gangue brick factory is mainly focused on the distribution of large and medium-sized coal mining enterprises in Yibin,Luzhou and so on.Most small mines in Ya’an didn’t recycled the coal gangue at all.The author has worked many years in these coal mines.Through the comprehensive analysis of coal types as well as the gangue components in the region,The author think that built a number of small or medium-sized waste rock brick factory to cope with the gangue in a certain region can both fulluse of coal gangue residual heat and effectively reduce its destruction on the geological environment,achieve the purpose of environmental protection.
