摘    要:随着新能源发电比例的提升,燃煤电厂实行深度调峰已成必然趋势。燃煤机组深度调峰动态升降负荷是实现机组深度调峰的基础。对某电厂600 MW亚临界机组30%~40%额定容量深度调峰动态过程进行研究。结果表明:在未进行设备改造、无助燃的前提下,锅炉在深度调峰动态试验过程中燃烧稳定,主辅机系统运行正常、安全,锅炉满足超低排放要求,基本实现机组动态方式深度调峰至30%额定容量预期目标。

Abstract:With the increase of the proportion of new energy generation,it is an inevitable trend for coal-fired power plants to carry out deep peak loading.The dynamic load change capability of coal-fired units is the basis to realize the deep peak load regulation.The dynamic process of deep load change of 30%~40%rated capacity of a 600 MW sub-critical unit is studied.The results show that the boiler combustion is stable during the dynamic test of deep peak loading without equipment modification and without oil supporting,the main and auxiliary systems are normal and safe,and the boiler meets the requirements of ultra-low emission.The expected goal of 30%rated load in the dynamic mode of the unit is basically achieved.However,the unit also has the problem of low dynamic load rate,which needs to be solved to further improve the capacity of the boiler's deep peak loading.
