| 摘 要： | 针对某330 MW亚临界锅炉加装SCR装置后,反复出现烟道阻力异常的问题,结合试验数据和运行参数,从燃煤特性、系统设计、仪表控制、运行策略等方面分析了该机组烟道阻力快速上升的原因并提出了相应的处理措施,以供相关问题参考借鉴。

| Abstract: | After adding the selective catalytic reduction(SCR)device to a 330 MW subcritical boiler,the problem of abnormal resistance of the flue is repeated.The causes of the rapid rise of the flue resistance have been carried out from some aspects:coal quality or system design or instrument control or operation mode,which based on the test result and operation parameters,so as to find the main reasons for the problem and propose corresponding measures,and therefore provide references for relevant issues. |
