摘    要:论述了宽带相控阵天线渡越时间对天线性能的限制,介绍了消除渡越时间影响的方法,设计了具体的实现方案,即真延时网络,并对该方案进行了仿真和测试。测试结果表明,在1.1~1.5 GHz的带宽内,功分器各端口驻波比小于1.22;微带线和同轴线的群时延具有良好的线性规律。该设计可以实现最小步进250 ps、最大延迟3 750ps的延时,可有效克服渡越时间的不利影响。

Design of a true time delay network for the L-band wideband phased array antenna
Abstract:The restrictions of the wideband phased array antenna(WPAA) transit time on antenna performance were discussed.The method used to eliminate the effect of the transit time was introduced.A concrete realization of the method,that the true time delay(TTD) network,was designed,stimulated and measured.The results show that in the bandwidth of 1.1-1.5 GHz,the VSWR of the respective ports of the power divider are substantially less than 1.22 and the group time delay of the microstrip lines and coaxial lines possess a linear law.This design can achieve a minimum step of 250 ps and the maximum delay of 3 750 ps.The design can be effective to overcome the adverse impact of the transit time.
