电刷镀镍钨合金层的抗高温软化性能

摘    要:传统的快速刷镀镍层已不能满足工件高温服役的需要,为此,在镀镍液中加入钨酸钠制备了具有较强抗高温软化能力的镍钨合金镀层,对快速镍镀层和镍钨合金镀层进行加热保温,对比研究了温度对2种镀层表面形貌、硬度的影响。结果表明:在室温下两者都具有较高的硬度,达550HV左右;当加热到100℃时硬度达到最高值,约为600HV;600℃时,快速镍镀层的硬度只有180HV,而镍钨镀层的硬度仍可达到380HV左右。快速镍液中加入钨酸钠等制备的镍钨合金镀层具有较强的抗高温软化能力。

Abstract:Sodium tungstate was introduced into conventional bath for nickel brush electroplating,allowing the preparation of Ni-W al-loy coating with good resistance to softening at elevated tempera-ture.The resulting Ni-W alloy coating together with high-speed brush electroplated Ni coating was heated to various temperatures and held there,and the effect of temperature on the morphology and hardness of the two types of coatings was investigated.Re-sults show that the two types of coatings have a high hardness of abo...
