柴油机机损事故分析

摘    要:
利用探伤、光学显微镜、扫描电镜等方法对柴油机中破断部件的微观组织及断口进行了分析,并测定了这些部件的力学性能与化学成分,结合柴油机工作原理对柴油机发生故障的原因进行了分析。机损事故主要原因是连杆材料成分、组织与性能不合格导致连杆定位齿上出现裂纹,从而引发短臂处连杆螺栓早期疲劳断裂。

Abstract:
Microstructure and fracture section of the failed parts in the breakdown diesel engine were analyzed by detection of defects, OM and SEM. The mechanical properties and chemical composition of these parts were measured. Combining with work principle of diesel engine, the breakdown reason happened in the diesel engine was analyzed. The main reason of the diesel engine breakdown is the crack appeared in the short arm bolt of the connection rod caused by disqualification of chemical composition,microstructure and properties.
