| Abstract: | This article on-line measurement of NC machine tool technology and analysis of systematic errors were studied.With the continuous development of manufacturing technology for ultra-precision machining,the corresponding measuring equipment must keep up with in order to ensure the machining accuracy to meet the design requirements.The development of online measurement capabilities with CNC machine tools,able to adapt to the needs of machining. |
