Design of Automatic Reverse Wash Filter Screen Control Apparatus

The design of a novel auto-self-cleaning controlling-apparatus for screen filter had been achieved,which is accompanied by these advantages including money-saving,high integration,hand-cleaningauto-cleaning and alarm of breakdown,and can take the place of the screen filter that is accompanied by the shortages including money-consuming and fewer functions in today＇s market.The Self-cleaning includes two kinds of functions： cleaning in regular-time mode and cleaning in pressure-gradient mode.It can be widely used in the industrial effluent treatment of leather industry and paper industry,urban sewage treatment and so on.The user is able to enter the parameter values of the time of the cleaning in regular-time mode,the pressure of the cleaning in pressure-gradient mode and the cleaning time to the controlling-apparatus through the keys.In this paper,the configuration principles,the design methods and the software flow diagram were given in detail.
