基于微机和单片机的图像浮雕控制系统

摘    要:设计了一种基于微机和单片机串行通信的图像处理、传输及控制系统;实现了一幅图像在雕刻材料上的重现。系统由微机、单片机实现数据处理和控制,并通过微机的RS-232C接口和单片机的UART通用异步收发器的连接实现了串行通信。图像文件来自微机,并经软件(Windows环境下)处理编码,通过RS-232-C接口分步传给单片机。单片机接收解读后,编程、控制、驱动3台步进电机,按图像X,y坐标及各像素点灰度值完成在材料上的立体雕刻。系统实现简单,可以应用于工业、商业等领域。

Abstract:A system was designed, which realized an image's appearance on the sculpture material. Data process and control of the system were realized by computer and single-chip microcomputer. Serial communication of the system was based on the connection bewteen RS-232C in computer and UART in single-chip microcomputer. The software in computer dealed with the image, and coded the image data, then sent them to single-chip microcomputer through RS-232C interface step by step. The task of single-chip microcomputer was taking actions to image data that were transferred by computer and according to these data, driving three electromotors. At last, finishing the 3D sculpture on material. The system can be applied in industrial, commercial fields.
