添加表面活性剂KP法蒸煮液的渗透性能研究

摘    要:采用不同种类的表面活性剂,加入到KP法蒸煮液中,测定蒸煮液的表面张力、粘度和在载玻片上的接触角,并计算出粘附功降低因子和粘附功,得出表面活性剂对蒸煮液润湿性能的改善效果,再用称重法测定蒸煮液对木片、竹片的渗透能力。结果表明,添加了表面活性剂的蒸煮液,表面张力和在同一表面上的接触角降低,润湿效果改善,粘附功、粘附功降低因子和润湿性因子都减小,对木片、竹片的渗透增重百分比均比未加表面活性剂的蒸煮液高。

Abstract:Surface tension, viscosity, contact angle on microscopic slide of cooking liquor were measured, the adhesion work and its decreasing factor were calculatedl Then the improvements of the wetting ability about cooking liquor under the action of surfactant were derived. The ability of cooking liquor penetrating wood chips and bamboo chips were measured by weighting. It indicates that based on experiments i the cooking liquor added sufactant leads tO many parameters decresing, such as surface tension, viscosity, contact angle on microscopic slide, adhesion work and its decreasing factor. However, the ability of cooking liquor penetrating wood chips and bamboo chips under sufactant can be increased.
