皮带轮疲劳强度的数值计算分析

摘    要:针对一种车用皮带轮,运用有限元技术进行了该皮带轮的疲劳强度分析。由于皮带-皮带轮传动系统的复杂性,在皮带轮的疲劳强度分析中考虑了皮带和皮带轮之间的接触问题。皮带轮和皮带之间的接触采用了常用的点-面接触模型,并应用拉格朗日乘子法来描述整个接触问题。最后通过该型皮带轮-皮带系统的分析得到了该皮带轮的疲劳强度的具体分布。整个分析过程可以为皮带轮-皮带系统的强度优化设计提供良好的分析依据。

Abstract:The fatigue strength of a type of belt-drive pulley for vehicle is analyzed by FEM . Due to the complexity of belt-drive pulley and belt system, the contact between pulley and belt should be considered in the analysis of fatigue strength of pulley. The contact is dealt with the convenient node-face contact model and the whole contact problem is deduced on the basis of Lagrangian multiplier method. Finally, the distribution of fatigue strength of the pulley-belt system is obtained through the procedure. From the view of optimizing of pulley, the analysis results can provide more useful parameters for the further design of this kind of components.
