| 摘 要： | 强调了DCS仿真实训在高职教学环节中的重要地位，分析了DCS仿真教学过程中存在的问题，实践了校企互培互训、学校DCS仿真实训与企业顶岗实习有机结合的DCS教学方法，有效地促进了校企双赢，同时提出了考核模式的改革思路。
