超临界CO2提取细叶韭花香精油的工艺研究

摘    要:以细叶韭花为原料,研究超临界CO2流体提取其油的最佳工艺条件。采用单因素实验和正交实验,并以细叶韭花香精油的重量为衡量指标,探讨萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间、原料颗粒度、原料含水率等因素对提取细叶韭花香精油重量的影响。结果确定了最佳的提取条件:自然干燥的细叶韭花过20目筛,萃取压力15MPa,萃取温度45℃,萃取时间2.5h。在最佳提取条件下,每100g细叶韭花所得的细叶韭花香精油的质量为3.73g。

Abstract:The supercritical CO2 fluid was used to extract the flower essential oil of Allium tenuissimum L.for improving the production process.The single factor test and the orthogonal test were employed to study the effect of extraction pressure,extraction temperature,extraction time,raw material particle size and moisture content,while the weight of flower essential oil of Allium tenuissimum L.was used as the main parameter to estimate effect of those different factors.The best extraction technique conditions were gained: the flower of Allium tenuissimum L.was air drying;the raw material particle was passed through 40 screen meshes;the extraction pressure was 15 MPa;the extraction temperature was 45 ℃;the extraction time was 2.5 h.In the conditions,the weight of the flower essential oil was 3.73 g in 100 g flower of Allium tenuissimum L.
