摘    要:用沉淀一浸渍法制备了SO4^2-/ZrO2型固体超强酸,并运用红外、热重分析、x粉末衍射、SEM等方法对制备的催化剂进行综合分析和表征,探讨了焙烧温度及浸渍液浓度对固体超强酸结构及酸性的影响,结果表明,用1.0mol/L的硫酸溶液浸泡,在550℃下焙烧3h后制得的催化剂活性最好。

Abstract:A solid superacid catalyst SO4^2-/ZrO2 was prepared by precipitation -impregnation method, and was analyzed and characterized by IR,TGA, XRD, SEM. The effects of calcination temperature and impregnation concentration on the acidity and structure of solid superacid were discussed. The results indicate that SO4^2-/ZrO2 has higher superacidity and catalytic activity after impregnated with 1 mol/L sulfuric acid and calcined at 500 -550 ℃ for 3 hours.
