胶结充填在铁山矿的应用

铁山矿是金岭铁矿三个重要铁矿石生产基地之一。在铁矿石回采过程中形成大量空区。铁山矿原采空区采用废石干充。由于掘进废石的减少,采用胶结充填等方式对采空区进行治理。由于采空区形成的时间过长,部分矿柱塌落或回采,空区充填的难度大。为了能实现用尾砂胶结充填的方式对采空区进行治理,想出各种办法解决胶结充填中出现的问题,诸如密闭墙设计和滤排水以及料浆配制充填控制等。实现了高效率的胶结充填,从而消除了采空区所带来的安全隐患。
