空间遥感器电子学单机热分析

摘    要:电子学单机是空间光学遥感器电控部分的核心,由一系列电子元器件组成,其性能好坏将直接影响探测系统能否正常工作.热效应是电子产品失效的主要因素,为了保证系统正常工作,必须对电子学系统进行热分析.本文针对某空间光学探测系统电子学单机,结合其工作环境、使用要求及电子元器件分布情况,设计了机箱的热控方式,应用软件ideas模拟了卫星运行轨道及各项姿态参数,计算了电子学单机在轨运行时稳态和瞬态工况下的温度分布情况,最终验证了电子学单机热控设计的合理性.
