摘 要: | 8-羟基喹啉铝(Alq,)是一种重要的有机电致发光材料,有良好的成膜性、热稳定性、电子传导性等,广泛应用于制备各种有机发光器,所制器件具有平板化,主动发光、亮度高、高对比度、响应速度快、驱动电压低等优点。重点介绍8-羟基喹啉铝的制备、老化性、应用以及对未来的展望。

Abstract: | 8 - hydroxyquinoline aluminum ( Alq3 ) was a kind of important organic electroluminesence material, with good film- forming property, thermal stability and electronic conductivity, and were widely used in the preparation of various organic light emitting device. The device had a fiat, active emitting, high brightness, high contrast, fast response speed low voltage, and drive. 8 -hydroxyquinoline aluminum preparation, aging, application and prospect for the future were focused on. |
