摘    要:研究了战略联盟中的企业间的信任、承诺、关系长度和关系强度对联盟中知识转移影响.研究结果表明:联盟企业间的信任和承诺水平越高,知识在联盟中转移越容易;联盟企业间的关系长度越长;关系强度越强,知识在联盟中的转移越容易.

Abstract:This article investigates effects of inter-firm trust, commitment, and relationship length, relationship strength between strategy alliance members on knowledge transfer in alliance. Results show that:① the higher inter-firm trust and commitment between strategy alliance members, the easier the knowledge transfers in strategy alliance.② the longer the relationship length and the stronger the relationship strength is, the easier knowledge transfers in strategy alliance. These findings enriched current strategy alliance and knowledge management theory, and could instruct firms acquire more knowledge from alliance partners.
