摘    要:阐述了深腔塑料件注射成型时所可能采取的工艺方案,同时对每种方案进行了分析和比较,提出了采用斜导柱与顶杆联合抽芯注塑模成型该类零件的模具结构,并对该模具工作原理进行了论述.

Abstract:The technology programs of deep-recessed plastic part that can be adopted during injection molding are represented.Through analyzing and comparing every program,the injection mold structure with leaning guide pin and ejecting pole is adopted and its working principle is introduced.
