焦化苯中噻吩类硫化物脱除的研究

摘    要:焦化苯中噻吩类硫化物的脱除对苯的进一步加工利用非常重要.根据苯和噻吩物理化学性质的差异,可选用的脱除方法有硫酸精制、催化加氢、萃取精馏、冷冻结晶、选择吸附等.本文对这几种方法进行分析比较后认为,硫酸精制法设备腐蚀严重、环境污染大;催化加氢法耗费氧气、操作费用高;萃取精馏法能耗高、脱硫效果差;冷冻结晶法易形成混晶.与此相比,选择吸附脱硫(SARS)具有设备腐蚀小、环境污染少、操作费用低、不耗费氢气、能回收噻吩等优点,是一种很有发展潜力的方法.

Abstract:It is very important to remove thiophene-like sulfides from coking benzene for its further processing and utilization.According to the differences of physical and chemical properties between benzene and thiophene,there are many available desulfurization methods,such as sulfuric acid refining,catalytic hydrogenation,extractive rectification,freezecrystallization,selective adsorption and so on.In this paper these methods are analyzed and compared.After comparison it is pointed out that sulfuric acid refining can bring out equipment corrosion and environmental pollution,catalytic hydrogenation consumes hydrogen and has higher operating costs,extractive rectification method consumes large amount of energy and has poor desulfurization effect,freeze-crystallization method easily forms mixed crystals.In contrast,selective adsorption mnoving sulfur (SARS)is a greatly potential method with the advantages of smaller equipment corrosion,less environmental pollution,lower operating costs,recovery ability of thiophene and no consumption of hydrogen.
