摘    要:解决桂林网区220 kV母线电压普遍偏高的问题。通过分析及计算可知,桂林网区220 kV母线电压普遍偏高的主要原因为500 kV变电站及电源运行电压偏高;220kV系统充电无功功率过大;地方小水电、风电等无功功率大量上网。利用500kV变电站现有的低压电抗器,及在无功电压综合灵敏度较高的220kV变电站投入感性无功补偿装置,可有效限制220 kV变电站母线电压水平。感性无功补偿装置采用固定式与动态式补偿相结合的型式,可提高桂林网区电压调节能力。

Abstract:The problem of general higher 220 kV bus voltage in Guilin regional power grid is solved. By analysis and calculation, it is found that main reasons of general higher 220 kV bus voltage are the higher operation voltage of 500 kV substations and electric power sources, the larger charging reactive power of 220 kV system and the larger reactive power sent up from local small hydro powers and wind powers. The bus voltage level of 220 kV substation can be effectively limited by using available low voltage reactors in 500 kV substation and putting inductive reactive power compensation devices into operation in 220 kV substations which have higher reactive power and voltage comprehensive sensitivity. Inductive reactive power compensation devices, which use the combination type of fixed and dynamic compensation, can improve the voltage regulation capability in Guilin regional power grid.
