微波处理玉米芯制备低聚木糖的研究

摘    要:研究了微波处理玉米芯制备低聚木糖的影响因素。分别考察了浸泡碱液NaOH的浓度、固液比、微波处理压力、微波处理时间、木聚糖酶用量以及酶解时间对制备玉米芯低聚木糖的影响。结果表明:微波处理压力、微波处理时间、木聚糖酶用量以及酶解时间对制备玉米芯低聚木糖的影响显著;浸泡碱液NaOH的浓度和固液比对制备玉米芯低聚木糖的影响较小。

Abstract:The microwave effected the production of xylooligosaccharides from corncobs by enzymatic. In this paper, the density of NaOH solution, the proportion of solid to liquid, the pressure and time of microwave digestion, as well as the amount of xylanase added and the time of enzymolysis were studied. The result indicated that the influence of the pressure and time of microwave preparation as well as the amount of xylanase added and the time of enzymolysis were remarkable. The density of NaOH solution and the proportion of solid to liquid influenced lighter.
