摘    要:研究了磷酸二氢钠(NaH_2PO_4)在纯棉织物超低甲醛SDP防皱整理中的应用。研究表明,在纯棉织物SDP防皱整理中,磷酸二氢钠、氯化镁和柠檬酸三组分形成了一种高效催化剂,该三组分催化剂可显著地改善纯棉织物的折皱回复性、拉伸和撕破强力保持率,对泛黄指数有明显的抑制作用。此外,该三组分催化剂还可降低焙烘温度。

Abstract:In this paper, the application of mono-sodium phosphate (NaH2PO4) to pure cotton fabric crease-resist finishing agent (SDP) with the super-low formaldehyde is studied. It is shown that an efficient tri-component catalyst is composed of mono-sodium phosphate, magnesium chloride and citric acid in pure cotton fabric SDP crease-resist finishing. The tri-component catalyst obviously improves the crease recovery, tensile strength, tear strength and reduces the yellowness index of pure cotton fabric. Moreover, the tri-component catalyst reduces the baking temperature in the finish processing yet.
