摘    要:利用时域平均技术完成对周期信号的提取,通过对信号的内插处理、解调分析、重新抽样和时域平均,完成对轴频信号和啮频信号的提取;通过对故障信号特点的研究,提出了故障信息增强方法,给出了故障敏感因子。通过对装甲车辆齿轮传动箱振动加速度信号测试结果分析,得到了良好的效果。与未采用故障信息增强方法相比,不仅提高了信号的信噪比,而且提高了故障信息。

Abstract:Average technique of time-domain is used to extract periodic signals. Through interpolation of the signals, demodulation analysis, re-samples and time domain average, extraction is completed of axis frequency and mesh frequency signals of multi-axis gear. The fault information enhancement is carried out through study of the characteristics research of fault signals, and the fault sensitive factor is given. Good and valid result is obtained through analysis of the concrete vibration test of gearbox of the armored vehicle. Compared with the method without fault information enhancement, it increases not only the ratio of signal to noise, but also the fault information.
