| 摘 要： | 网络舆情是考验政府处理事件的能力、关系政府部门的形象的重大问题。妥善应对舆情事件已经成为政府部门必须面对的现实问题。相关部门可以合理利用计算机网络和云计算技术，做好舆情分析工作，让舆情事件得到合理的引导和解决。
